Let's make sure we get you where you want to go...
If you care looking for the information about

- Gordo's motorcycle adventure to Vancouver & Alaska
- About Gordo
- The other stuff you'll find by navigating from this page.

I think you'll enjoy your time here, here's a couple tips:
The BLOG is where the most current stuff is.
The information on gordongiven.com changes less often.
(but it's still THRILLING to read!)

It would make my day if you'd sign the guestbook. You know you want to..

Welcome! Either you know me, you know someone that knows me, or you are trying to learn more about me. Regardless, it's not so much about me, but about YOU! You're here now! Settle in, relax and let me know if I can get you anything to make your visit more enjoyable.

There's not much here right now, I'm just getting started. But soon I hope there will be lots of little nuggets of fun for you to experience. And who can say 'no' to nuggets! For that matter, who can say 'no' to blue ice cream at King's Island at 10 am, just after the park opens? We can't. And the picture to the right proves it.

And that kid at the bottom is my superstar basketball playing son (he's the one in mid-air). Funny thing is that the kid he's guarding was one of the shortest kids we've ever seen play. Garry's not exactly a towering figure either. But this was a perfect matchup. The other kid was VERY good, and Garry was VERY good at guarding him. At least we stopped him from scoring in double digits for the first and only time of the season!

NEW STUFF - The latest word

It's all new right now, and there's not much here. Be patient. I don't do this part for a living, and my free time hours are precious. We'll get there, no worries!

I put this together in order to have a place to send people as I prepare to make the trip of a lifetime, so the majority of stuff you see will be about my cross country trip from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Vancouver, British Columbia and back (via Alaska) on a motorcycle. 6,500 miles in 13 days (or so). Since that is planned for July, 2010 the focus and emphasis of this site will be on that. After that? Who knows! But I'm always up for
suggestions!
